Subscription terms

Your subscription renews automatically every month and you can cancel at any time before the next renewal date; access continues until the end of the current paid month.

Sessions included

Your subscription includes 4 x 1‑hour 1:1 sessions per month, scheduled together or week by week, depending on mutual availability.

Use within the month

All 4 sessions must be used within the same subscription month and do not roll over to the following month, unless agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours’ notice count as used.

Missed payments

If a payment fails and is not resolved within a few days, access to sessions may be paused until the subscription is brought up to date.

Health and responsibility

By subscribing, you confirm that you are fit to participate in yoga/handstand practice and take responsibility for your own body; this guidance is educational and not a substitute for medical advice.

Learn focused handstand drills designed to build strength, stability, and alignment.

Explore the fundamentals of the straight handstand and play with creative variations & shapes to deepen your control and body awareness.

One-Time Drop-In - €20

Perfect for trying hand balancing once! Join a single Saturday session to experience the drills, strength-building, and fun variations. Ideal for beginners or occasional practice—no commitment required.

Online Handstand Class Monthly Subscription

Unlimited access to every Saturday hand balancing class for the month. Dive deeper with consistent practice, refine your straight handstand, and master creative shapes at your pace.

Classes included

Your subscription includes access to one live online handstand class every week on Saturdays, 8:00–9:00 a.m. GMT, for the duration of your subscription month.

Fixed weekly schedule

The class takes place at a fixed time each week (Saturdays, 8:00–9:00 a.m. GMT). If you cannot attend a class, it is counted as used and does not roll over, unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.

Teacher cancellations

If the teacher needs to cancel a Saturday class, you will be offered either a replacement class (on another date/time) or an appropriate credit for that class.

Step into a 1:1 online handstand space shaped around your body, energy, and life. These personalised 60 minute sessions bring the playful, disciplined art of hand balancing into your home - ideal for busy people, parents, or anyone craving focused upside - down time without leaving the house.

You’ll learn to kick up with confidence, fall safely, and build a strong, straight handstand through clear, progressive drills tailored to your level - from absolute beginner to refining shapes and longer holds.

Each class weaves together warm-up, strength and conditioning, and alignment-focused & endurance practice so you grow both skill and trust in your body, step by step.

Reiki Healing

These 60 minute Reiki healing sessions offer a gentle reset for your nervous system, in person or from afar. Healing energy is channelled through light touch or hands held just above the body, or sent remotely at an agreed time (meeting on Zoom. Many people feel warmth, tingling, deep calm, or simply a sense of being held.

In-person sessions offer the nourishment of being physically in the space together, with a soothing environment and direct presence. Remote sessions allow you to receive the same supportive energy from your own home.

Reiki can support stress relief, emotional regulation, sleep, and the body’s natural healing processes, and can be a tender ally through change, grief, or burnout.
